Aleksandar Hangimana

Aleksandar Hangimana is the Chairman and owner of Noordenster Group. He brings over a decade of experience from C-level roles within a Fortune 500 multinational company.

After his corporate tenure, Aleksandar shifted his focus to private investments, where he now leads Noordenster Group, a diversified business operating across multiple countries and industries.

In addition to his business ventures, Aleksandar holds an honorary diplomatic status with the Order of Malta (SMOM), actively supporting its noble mission and humanitarian efforts.

Aleksandar's educational background is within humanities field with graduate degrees in Theology. In addition, Aleksandar holds MSc by joint program between University of Oxford and HEC.

Michael Bursee

Dr. Michael Bursee, Ph.D., is a renowned Management Consultant and one of Germany's leading experts in Corporate Governance, Executive Pay, and Performance Management. With over 25 years of experience, he has worked extensively with boards of large listed companies and family-owned businesses across various industries. Before founding MB Board Advisory in 2021, Dr. Bursee held senior partner positions at several global management consulting and audit firms. In addition to his consulting work, he is a Professor of Human Resources at FOM University of Applied Sciences, a regular speaker at conferences, and an author of specialist publications.

MB Board Advisory, founded by Dr. Bursee, is an organizational consulting firm specializing in working with boards and management teams. The firm focuses on executive pay, corporate governance, board effectiveness, and performance management, providing expert advice to enhance the effectiveness of leadership and organizational strategies.

Felix Benecke

Mr. Benecke reshapes organizations as well as countries for future excellence. With more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, Mr. Benecke has a track record in transformation projects that turn cultures into high performing organizations.

He focuses on the transformation of processes, incentive models, performance indicators and organization & strategy for high performing organizations. In addition to his special experience in the transportation industry his skill set also includes the public sector in which he advises governmental leaders in complex transformation projects.

His area of expertise includes the development of GRC-corporate governance- and corporate-finance-concepts, global restructuring and transformation projects, reshaping of organizations and countries, public sector consulting, development of databases and algorithms to transform KPIs and appraisals into value-based systems, value-based incentive systems for high performing organizations.

Mr. Benecke holds a degree in economics (Diplom Oekonom) and is the author of numerous publications. He is one of the most visionary thought leaders in the fields of Good Corporate Governance, High Performance Organization, Ethical Leadership and Integrity Value Added.

Aleksandar Plavšin

Aleksandar is an expert in marketing, communications, and business diplomacy with over 15 years of professional experience. He currently serves as the Head of the Marketing and Communications Department at Manpower Serbia and is a Partner at the Business Intelligence Institute.

Aleksandar began his career as an intern at Messer Tehnogas and later became the Coordinator of Marketing at the European Development Center of the UN. His career progressed in communications through roles in the USAID project of the Serbian Association of Managers and DNA Marketing Agency. He then served as the Manager of the Association of Financial Directors, where he significantly contributed to the association's growth through his marketing and sales expertise.

In addition to his master's and Ph.D. studies, Aleksandar has completed over 10 international training programs in leadership, marketing, and human resources from institutions like SDA Bocconi, Marshall Goldsmith, CISCO, the Council of Europe, and Brian Tracy International. He is fluent in English and French.

Lazar Grušanović

Lazar manages and coordinates multiple projects, teams and partners across different countries and industries, ensuring high-quality performance, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. With his expertise in niches and business innovation, Lazar identifies and validates new opportunities, designs and tests new solutions and services for different markets. With his background in IT consulting and IT Outsourcing, Lazar is one of the global experts in combining human capital and business development. He has applied his expertise in building nearshore teams for clients and partners in the DACH region and the USA.

Lazar started his career in an executive search for the Swiss market before taking over the responsibility of a nearshore software development center. As a member of the Executive Board, he worked with their executives on company development. He then moved to Business Development for IT consulting companies, where he supported companies in the Healthcare, Logistics, and Manufacturing industries in utilizing digitalization opportunities.

Lazar holds a B.Sc. in German Studies, a mini-MBA from the PWC Academy, and a degree in General Management from Mokrogorska.

Dennis Raisich

Dennis holds a master's degree in business engineering, giving him a strong foundation in both technological and business domains. With over 10 years of experience in business development, he has successfully expanded the operations of several IT companies in Switzerland. Building on this experience, Dennis launched his own business, specializing in data and automation, where he continues to leverage his expertise to drive growth and innovation.

Tijana Jevtić

With degree of Mphil in Human Development (NTNU, Norway), Tijana is a seasoned professional in the HR consultancy industry with over a decade of experience. Over the years, Tijana’s career has evolved from operational roles to senior management, culminating in the position of Deputy CEO in Manpower Southeast Europe (SEE). Her leadership has been instrumental in not only developing different markets in SEE, but also introducing new HR services, segmenting, and specializing them into different brands, which today function as independent companies within the holding group.

Gilmara Everilde Blagojević

Gilmara Blagojević is an experienced Business to Business (B2B) manager, with previous experience and positions as Sales and Marketing Coordinator, Liaison Manager and Executive Liaison Manager at the African Business Chamber.

As Executive Liaison Manager at the African Business Chamber, she leads the strategic direction and business operations of the Organization, including finding new markets, liaising with investors and project owners, developing and maintaining trusting relationships with key clients and partners, relevant stakeholders, as well as promoting chamber goals, objectives that complement development priorities, streamlining a profit-first culture that complies with laws that maximize fund performance while protecting stakeholders interests, Cultural relations and exchange between Afrika and Europe.

She has developed a wide network of relationships with various business owners and decision makers in various African countries, Serbia and the Balkan region.

Gilmara holds a bachelor’s degree in economics with Honors and a Master of Business Administration in International Business MBA-IB with Merit from the University of Cumbria, UK.
